Our flock produces far more eggs that we can use ourselves. As we currently own a mix of hens of many breeds, some of whom were born in April 2024 and some in February 2025, we get variation in both color and size. Until the newer hens catch up to the older ones, we will sell both the larger sized eggs for $5 per dozen (a mix of large to jumbo) and 'The Little Dozen' (small to medium) for $3.
Availability of eggs depends greatly on what the hens feel like laying this week and what other customers feel like buying.
